I think you have a moral obligation to disclose any STD''s that you may have had or may have. If you are big enough to do the deed then you have to be big enough to take responsibility and be honest. Above all wear a condom no matter what you may have done, or did not do. African American women are contracting HIV at an alarming rate. This is unacceptable in light of the fact that we know about HIV. Wrap it up folks! If the dude will not do it then don't do him.

If someone has any type of disease (esp. communitable)and they hide it from a Intimate/serious boyfriend and girlfriend, they are playing a dangerous game because it is unethical, sometimes illegal and very selfish and deceptive to do so.I have heard of people getting their wigs split for risking someone else's health instead of letting them make an informed decision. Besides they must "test" the sencereity of their friendship by disclosing .

It's disgusting if someone is carried a communicable disease is doesn't tell the next person... Basically I feel is should be punishable by the law... Yes we can wrap it up but yes it's imperative that that person tell the person they are attempting or sleeping with. It makes me crazy just to think some sick person would play such a game with other's lives... It sickens me to no avail... I say if a person does have a STD and they do not expose it to the person/s they are being intimate with. I say if the person does not tell you and you find out this information no matter what source. You should be able to press charges against this person and make that person pay for the consequences of their actions. There other disease including HIV and that person does not have the right to withhold that information.
I wouldn’t’ care what type of disease someone is carrying if they are willing to expose other’s to this condition they must be willing to spend their live in jail.
