Congradulations wishing you all the best, why does she want to keep it private? like the movie something new this is who she is in love with, i could say more about mixed relationships but she has made her choice and i respect her for that the road ahead is going to be tough the constant looks etc etc money won't be able to shield you both from everything and when you have kids they will be called names you can be sure of that, you both need to tell them both sides of your history and where you came from.

It's only small minded people such as yourself that are bothered by this....Who cares what your opinion and how you feel about it. What year are you living in? Yes, racism is still out there, but most people could care less who you marry and have children with.

@Alie, that's the thing they WON'T TELL THEM BLACK HISTORY, OTHER THAN SOMETHING ABOUT CIVIL RIGHTS AND MARTIN LUTHER KING. But here's the thing, ITS SO MUCH AFRICAN AMERICAN HISTORY IN THIS COUNTRY, THAT TELLS US AS BLACK PEOPLE WHO WE ARE ESPECIALLY ON A SOCIAL LEVEL until you would think you are in eternity. The best aspect of AFRICAN AMERICAN IS IT tells us how to stay together as black people BECASUE OF PAST AND PRESENT DAY ADVERSITY. This is why BLACK people need to teach their children their history. I know first hand, because I am a History Major, that's about to start working on a Ph. D. dealing with African American History, and I have learned a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF LIFE FUFILLING LESSONS, AS CONNECTED TO BLACK HISTORY. I know to stay WITH A BLACK WOMAN, BECAUSE SHE AND THEY ARE JUST AS BEAUTIFUL, SEXY AND INTELLIGENT AS ANY OTHER WOMAN. Another woman of another color,(white) can not understand my struggle as connected to my color and my History, which are both intertwined.

What do you expect? Black women will forever remain single if they are waiting for a black man anyway. I will never mess with a black lady.
You will always excel with a white lady. With black ladies, it is going to be a life of drama, cheating and child support.

Glad you feel comfortable expressing this sentiment...white men have always been attracted to black women. Ten years ago they kept it to themselves because they didn't want to offend the sorry azzed brothas.
Times have changed! The sorry azzez have made it clear they don't want us so the white men have stepped up. Interracial dating/marriages between black women/white men is on the rise...so go have your white ladies and let us handle our business with white men. PEACE!!

BG this is a very ignorant comment that you've made. If you have a preference that's fine but just because your an idiot and living in the past, doesnt give you a right to try and put us black women down. It seems to me that we must intimidate you. If you think that your not going to be cheated on, have drama, or go scott free leaving your WHITE WIFE and the kids and not pay a dime your an even bigger idiot. Your parents or who ever taught you is an idiot also. Now suck it up and shut the hell up!!!!! : )

It's more likely that a blk woman would never mess with you. I've had white women, they're just something to bang and NEVER bring home to Momma. These interracial couples just don't look good together, especially blk women with white men. Big ups to them though, I guess they're sowing their royal oats like the brothas!! ROTFL
