Rebecca Brody, the Luv Coach, and Mason Jamal go at it over the issue of Chris Brown being denied access to the UK for his tour dates. Listen and leave your comments.
Goodmorning to whom ever reads this Chris Brown is no different than any other man that has ever put his hand on a woman and in doing so he brought this upon his self yet , to move on and face what he has done (like so many others that went on to be accepted in spite of their past ) once he has asked the person to forgive him and God the rest is immaterial ! A person is not defined by his mistakes or his fall it is when he admits to himself and the world then takes the proper steps in reconciling himself first to God the maker of all creation and then to the person he has caused pain to . Forgiveness is so lacking in this sick world of ours today and just because this is how the world thinks doesn't make it correct . I never excuse when a man hits a woman or beats her for whatever his sick reason was in doing so but I do make sure I don't become a slave to that person by not forgiving thier offense to me ...life is too short !!!! " He that is without sin cast the first stone " there is not much reverence for God in the person of His Son Jesus Christ today so I am not surprised as to the unforgiveness in the world . Chris Brown does not need the UK to complete him , he doesn't need the entertainment field to define him nor the gift he has been given but he does need to make sure he has settled in his heart between him and His Creator God so he can move forward not looking back except that it help him not to ever travel that path again . The world will love you as long as you make them money , the world will like you as long as you go according to its standards but fall one time and they hate , they forget about the good in you ( yes God has made us all with good even if some prefer to go the evil way ) Suicides are prevelent today in such high numbers because of what people think about us and if he were to die today the phony's would shed tears all the while they were the ones trying to bury him . My message to the UK ...Chris Brown doesn't need you ! my message to Chris Brown "Only what you do for Christ will last " & He loves you in spite of your faults , my faults the worlds faults but He wants us to repent of the very things that come to destroy us all " SIN " sin is anything that separates us from God and when we cause pain to others it separates us from God because God is Love ! Chris Brown don't ever let anyone define you or make you think your not forgiven it is the way of God to pick us up to start again open your heart let Him in to lead and guide and you can turn your back to the world's opinion of you because some will never forgive you Divine love & Peace from Jacqueline
i love the way you put theses words from the heart to teach and show how to forgive and not hate you are a very blessed person keep spreading those words of wisdom it made me think about a lot of things and people who dislike me in man ways .
I think its crazy how everybody still wants to be STUCK on what Chris did.. He admitted his guilt, and is "doin his time" ~ What he did was WRONG.. BUT~ when is society gonna put this incident behind them? Everybody looks down on him because he is a celebrity, consider how many blue & white collar men are going home every night BEATING their partners OVER & OVER and go unnoticed? He did it ONCE, people.. Let's keep it MOVIN!! Last but not least, who are we to judge?? ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE.. Chew on that 4 a while.. Let the man do his thang.. Geesh (smh)
I agree with you Shannie. How long are we gonna keep punishing Chris for this one crime. He went to court got his punishment and complied with the court. It's like he has become the poster child for domestic violence. I am a female and I am sick of all the Chris Brown bashing. I know he committed a crime but he has got his punishment. How can he or Rihanna move forward when everybody keeps bringing it up. And by the way Rihanna could be the poster child for sluts everywhere. She wears the sluttiest outfits and sings some really nasty lyrics. I'm just saying.
Parents please tell your daughters the rules go both ways, if you hit a person they will strike back.I agreed what chris did was wrong but anyone ever wondered how many times he had ask rhianna not to hit him, think about it.
I sincerely appreciate you bringing this major fact up. I am fed up with these hoochie mama's wanting to swing on these boys and they don't know how many times he may have walked away. Any young lady who dresses like her and Beyounce are lacking self confidence as a woman. Say what you want but if you are secure in yourself you sell your talent. Chris admitted his error but did this little chick admit the role she played. Chris your real fans never left you and stay away from these ghetto girls. Date someone you would be proud to take home....
Are y'all serious? This action by the UK has nothing to do with God, Rihanna's forgiveness, or whether Rihanna hit Chris or not. Chris did strike that woman. That is a fact. Whether she struck him is speculation. Yes we can judge, it's called the justice system. Their law says no violent felons. That is pretty cut and dry to me. Seems like a pretty good law. People are only giving him a pass because he's famous. As far as we know, this was an isolated incident and we wouldn't want to believe Chris Brown is abusive by nature. People can be forgiven by the Lord, but they still have penalties on earth for their behavior. Part of being penitant is being accepting of the consequences of your actions. It is also a large part of being an adult.
So are you saying that the world is a higher jurisdiction than God? If God can forgive a man of his sins than so should man. No one is giving him a pass because he is a celebrity. As a matter of fact it is quite the opposite. Rhianna has a history of violence. She has been interviewed in magazines where she has admitted to hitting her brother in the head with a bottle. There are numerous reports of her being violent with Chris in public. This isn't speculation. She was just fortunate enough to not be prosecuted in a court of law. What Chris did was wrong. No matter what Rhianna was doing to provoke him, he should have removed himself from the situation. But as you state the world has its laws... and system of judgment, and he has been judged and sentneced. He is also paying for his mistakes. At some point and time a person should be able to stop being judged based upon one thing that occurred in their past. Like you have never done anything wrong? Were you forgiven or are you still being judged based upon that one mistake?
How in the HELL was Paul McCartney Knighted? He beat his disabled WIFE and MOTHER of HIS CHILD allowed to do CONCERTS in ENGLAND and THE US? But a TEENAGER who slapped his GIRLFRIEND BANNED?

Did you know that 75% of women abused in New York in 2009 were white women abused by white men. What became of them?
