Despite their efforts to deny divorce rumors, 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' stars NeNe and Gregg Leakes just might be headed down that road after all.

Radio host Corey King of the Internet show 'Large FM' recently called up Gregg during his show to ask him about his rocky marriage with NeNe. Gregg, who was unaware that the phone call was being recorded, proceeded to blame his wife and the reality show for his accrued debt and admitted that the couple is indeed "working toward" divorce.

Gregg claims he spent $300,000 of his own money for the first season of the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' to ensure his wife was a huge success on the show.

King allegedly loaned Gregg money when his house was reportedly in danger of being foreclosed, and Gregg has yet to repay him, leading King to post the taped audio on his Web site as revenge.

According to theYBF, NeNe is less than thrilled about the leak as are the producers of 'Real Housewives of Atlanta.' Gregg also slipped up and told King that Lisa Wu Hartwell will not be returning to the show next season.

D-Wade Catches a Break in Court

Things are finally starting to look up for Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade. Although his estranged wife, Siohvaughn, has appeared to have the upper hand in their divorce proceedings, the NBA player seems to have finally caught a break.

According to Chicago Breaking Sports, Wade was granted temporary physical custody of his two sons by a judge in Chicago on Wednesday due to his wife's continual interference of his visitation schedule. The former college sweethearts currently have joint custody of their two boys, but the court has cited three instances -- one in March and two in May -- where Siohvaughn prevented Dwyane from seeing his children.

"The court is troubled by the continuing pattern of [Siohvaughn Wade] to obey court orders when they go her way and disobey court orders when they do not," wrote Associate Judge Fe Fernandez.

The most recent instance involved Siohvaughn's claims that she was unable to open the gate to her home when Dwayne came to pick up the boys.

Not only is the NBA player hoping for a speedy divorce -- possibly as early as late June -- but he is now fighting for full custody of his two sons.

The emergency custody ruling came just a day after Dwyane settled four civil suits in Miami brought on by his former business partners. With the legal troubles behind him, he's looking forward to his sons being able to "get their daddy back" for the summer. Dwyane and Siohvaughn are due back in court at the end of this month for both the divorce and custody cases.
