Mitchell and I were matched on the E-Harmony web site on 8-8-08. Unbeknowst to us that 5 months would past before we spoke on the telephone and 3 more weeks would past before we would meet each other in person. We did not know but God did that we were meant to be together. Needless to say that we have been inseperable ever since. There is no great love story here....just LOVE!!!!!

My boyfriend was god sent! When My grand pa passes about 4 years ago I was going through a break up and my ex was stalking me. He eventually kicked my door in and started chocking me to death. The police came and he was taken away needledd to say that was not the end of him. This was in 2003. So i moved out of the old apt in to a new onw had he was leaving letters and alot I almost left my current residence in VA to go back home, but I prayed night after night for gog to bless me with happiness stability and a good neturing man. Around apr 03 while working a DQ as a manager A tall light skinned man came into my job and he sawe me from outside first adn took a double take came in and he and I hace been together ever since. I feel as though God and my Grand dad had something to do woth him being in my life. He's teh perfect man I love his So much. So there we deserve the dinner to celebrate our God giving love.

My fiancé and I surely could benefit from winning this contest. After two year’s we have decided to put our love in God's hands and unite through marriage. Over the last year, we have faced many trials, having no jobs for over a 1 ½ years, him losing his home, my grandfathers death and my illness but our love and faith carried us. I am currently in school FT and preparing for my nursing licensure exam so holding a job is not an option for me at the time. He pays all of our household expenses and with one child in college and one in high school; doing something nice for ourselves has been a bit out of the question! With so much day-to-day things going on in our lives, it would be nice for us to spend some romantic quality time together reflecting and focusing on our commitment to each other. I have always been a big fan of Sade and I do remember dancing around with my mum to many of their songs on the radio. I am glad that the English group Sade has decided to bring the powerful vocals of Helen Folasade Adu back for 2010. I love the new song so much that I made it my February ringtone on my cell phone and will even incorporate it in my wedding. I believe that I am a TRUE soldier of love that never gave up until God told me he had chosen someone for me.

My significant other and I love Ms. Sensual Sade.
Black Voices and Sony could truly make our day.
A Valentine's dinner for two and not have to pay…
It’s truly thanks for a chance to win, we must say.
I met my significant other when she was 7 years old.
In us growing up together we saw our lives unfold.
Now 50 years later we’ve found love that we behold.
The future of this love, it’s only by God it can be told.
Black Voices love advice has prepared us for this.
With Sade and Sony Music we hope to reminisce.
For a Valentine's Day gift to us this would be bliss.
Dinner for two, Sade music and ending with a kiss.
I feel we deserve a special Valentine’s Sade night.
We read The Black Voices On Love for our insight.
To practice what we’ve learned would be a delight.
Sade in the background with wine, a fire will ignite.
We would love a Valentine's dinner on BV's dime.
With 'Soldier of Love' in the ride we could unwind.
Home arrival with Sade could put us in our prime.
We’ll drop it like it’s hot, it’s about to be a crime…
I thank God for my significant other/my best friend.
Thanks Sade for the heartfelt music you transcend.
Thanks Black Voices for giving us a chance to win.
Thanks Sony Music/Epic Record for Sade CD spin.

My husband and I have been married for 8 years now, through it all we both questioned whether or not we made the right decision to get married. There were times where we both felt like giving up on our marriage due to financial issues we suffered during the birth of our two kids. My husband had lost his job, we had our car repossessed, I was involved in two car accidents, had to apply for food stamps, and was left supporting us working a part time job shortly after giving birth to our second child. Somehow l we managed to fight through it, despite of our bad luck streak. We relied on our faith, and managed to keep our family together because we both wanted our kids to grow up in a two parent home. My husband was able to find another job and we just purchased our first house. We both work very hard to keep up with the bills and daycare expense, which leaves us very little time to spend quality time together. Anyone that knows me can say that I am one of the biggest Sade fan alive. It would be a great honor for me to win this package.

In life we experience many events that are life changing. The birth of a child, the lose of a love one by death, a new job, a new house, marriage, divorce, and our conviction by God are only a few. My love, Sandra, walked into my life over 20 years ago. It was only a brief encounter that was sealed by the connection of our eyes. Her smile captured me,and to this day has not changed. The unique thing is, we never saw each other again until five years ago. In spite of the scars of failed relationsships, we gave us a chance. This love we have is not based on the relationship, but the relationship was based on our love.We have found the essence of a wounderful life changing event. I would consider it an honor to extend to Sandra another expression of our bond.

I love Sade's music so much that she was my inspiration for me to name my daughter "Shardae". I didn't quite know how to pronounce Sade so this is the spelling I used. I would love to win this gift so my daughter's father and I can enjoy the evening together listening to the sweet music by Sade.

I had the DJ play the "Kiss of Life" for my first dance when my husband and I married November 27, 1993. He passed in 2002. Rest in peace baby, I love you. Oddly, now "Soldier of Love" is talking to me. I'm happy to hear you again girrrrl, Ms Sade Adu. I LIKE GROWN UP MUSIC and so did my husband. Much success.
