I wonder what GOD thinks of all the negativity that comes out of the mouths of you children....at least thats what I get when I read all the comments here....I feel like im in "middle school." Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.
why does everthing have to be about RACE? Cant you just make a comment without putting ANYONE DOWN???you can comment on the ACTIONS and express all the bad sentiments your feeling and still be respectful of the people your commenting about, YOU might do something someone doesnt agree with and thats ok respect the persons opinion and move on but if they also have to attack your character and integrity then honestly what does that say about thier CHARACTER??? It is very SAD to hear some of the stuff that is written here...instead of "bitching" about it why not write something positive and be the leader in what could positivly be a learning tool for that one "REAL" child who might happen to see the picture of "HIS" favorite sports figure and click the link to read about him...what are we teaching him????

SAD, SAD ERIC I JUST HAPPENED TO READ YOUR POST AND FELT YOU NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED! YOU ARE REALLY A SAD DUDE. SORRY YOU WERE DUMPED ON! YOU SPEAK FROM HATRED AND IGNORANCE AND UTTER NONSENSE. THE FACT IS THAT ONLY 5 PERCENT OF THE BLACK POPULATION ARE INTERACIALLY MARRIED AND HALF OF THESE UNIONS END UP IN DIVORCE. THESE ARE THE FACTS FROM ALL MARRIAGE BUREAU STATS. YES, POOR DEAR SAD HATE FILLED ERIC, I HATE TO BURST YOUR BUBBLE, BUT 95 PERCENT OF OF THE BLACK POPULATION THAT ARE MARRIED ARE INDEED MARRIED TO BLACK WOMEN AND BLACK WOMEN MARRIED TO BLACK MEN, THIS IS DOCUMENTED FACTS PER THE U.S CENSUS BUREAU/MARRIAGE BUREAUS! WHEN YOU SPEAK OUT OF IGNORANCE YOU MAKE YOURSELF LOOK IGNORANT. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU POST, YOU MIGHT APPEAR MORE INTELLIGENT AS A BLACK MAN IF YOU ARE REAL BLACK MAN AND NOT SOME SCORNED WHITE DUDE WHOSE BEEN DUMPED AND AS A RESULT DIRECTING ALL OF HIS INNER FILLED HATRED AT BLACK WOMEN! DON'T BE SUCH A SAD SACK ERIC!

I don't have a problem with interracial marriage if it is based on true love. Like Seal and Ms. Klum - they truly love one another and they didn't marry because all she dates is black men and he white women - they simply LOVE one another and it is beautiful to see. I have issues with these black athletes who marry and date Hispanic and White women exclusivly and turn their backs on black women. Who do they think they are? Most of them are certainly not elite based on their educational level...what makes you to good for quality black women because you can bounce a basketball? It's a shame and I've often heard white people say, why do black men have to mix their seed with every other race but their own when they get two cents over bus fair? What is it that Mr. Obama seen in Michelle (A quality black woman) that other black men feel intimidated by? We all cannot go to Yale or Harvard, but many of us do go to college and find a certain level of success...very few of us sit around and collect wellfare checks. I'm 45 and single and have put all my effort into seeing my son (he attends UCLA) through school - I have given up on the notion of meeting my black prince charming because it seems they only want to know what you have so they can suck you dry - not me. Black men - please do better so that God's blessings can follow you. I was just reading about how Kandie (she appears on the Real Housewives of Atlanta) lost her fiance in a club fight on Monday night. She is very successful but he had five children out of wedlock and her mother didn't like him because she felt he was after her daughters money. The point being, she is a successful song writher/producer and she didn't feel as though she was too good for RJ - my heart and prayers go out to her during this difficult time. Again, I hope President and Mrs. Obama show black men how blessed and happy they can be, even if they marry within their race.

How sad you sound and how ignorant (fat asses, who says that?) - I'm so proud of my African/African American son...he is in his first semester at UCLA. Your mind is profoundly twisted and you have been lied to and deceived. I work for the second largest transit authority in the nation and their are more African American females at the top of our organization then African American men. There are more black females in the authority with their PhD's and Master's then black men. As a matter of fact, the CEO wife is a African American woman and the third in command under him is an African American woman. How about that? So much for down trodden black women - wake up and take it all in because while you are sleeping and dreaming of white woman, African American woman are out performing you in college 10 to 1. I hope you wake up before it's to late and purge your soul of all that hate - you are deceived my son.

I am really ashamed and embarrased to read some of the comments that I am seeing on here. For years we have complained at inequality from the white man and how prejudice and racist that they are and now I read these comments and I am ashamed because we of all people should know how hurtful it is to be judged simply by the color of our skin. I am a black women who is married to a white man and I did not choose my husband because he is white I chose him because he was right for me. Everyone is different and we should be embrasing each other and our differences instead of copying the white mans teachings of prejudice and intolerance!
