The pairing of beauties and ballers has been around probably since the first cave man hit a rock across a dusty field. You take two stars in their own right and put them in the same circles and, voila, you have a match made in star heaven. What's not to love? They both are established in their fields and they both bring a little something something to the finance table, if you know what I'm saying. Going way back, from Joe DiMaggio and Marilyn Monroe to Pam Grier and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the beauty and the baller have been on the world's stage for a minute and show no signs of slowing. Check out a few of our faves and a couple who didn't quite make it across the finish line.
Beauties and Ballers
Game On! La La Vazquez and Carmelo Anthony
This 'Charm School' judge and her younger beau, NBA star beau, are engaged and have a son together. Ever the supportive fiancee, La La braves rude b-ball fans to support him at games.

Game On! David Beckham and Victoria Beckham
Soccer and spice was the winning combination for footballer David Beckham and his Spice Girl-turned-fashion plate wife, Victoria. These Brits are easily the fiercest couple in sports.

Game Over. Tyra Banks and Chris Webber
The unlucky-in-love ex-model and the handsome ex-NBAer called it quits in 2004 after dating for three years. Miss Tyra later hinted on her talk show that his wandering eye had cursed their union.

Game On! Eva Longoria Parker and Tony Parker
This busy actress is no "desperate housewife" to her husband, basketball player Tony Parker, but the Mexican-American beauty and her French-born man are clearly in love.

Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett
It had to be love for the 'Girls Next Door' star to leave her abandon her posh lifestyle at the Playboy Mansion to start a new life with football player Hank Baskett. The two are set to wed in June.

Game Over. Kobe Bryant and Brandy
He was a high school phenom on his way to the NFL; she was a teen star with a major crush. It was inevitable that Kobe and Brandy hit it off. But after a highly-publicized prom date, this teenage romance fizzled.

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush
Paparazzi can't get enough of this buxom reality star and her New Orleans Saints boyfriend. She might get a little too chatty about their relationship -- she told Tyra he buys her tampons -- but they seem in it for the long haul.

Game Over. Kelly Rowland and Roy Williams
Kelly Rowland was so ready to walk down the aisle with ex-fiance, NFL safety Roy Williams, that she posed on the cover of Modern Bride. Unfortunately, the wedding got called off after the mag hit stands.

Game On! Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo
Dallas Cowboys fans might think she's a curse, but quarterback Tony Romo clearly likes her around. The two have stuck together through thick and thin. Literally.

Game Over. Halle Berry and David Justice
Rumored to have been a volatile union from the start, Halle Berry and baseball player David Justice's marriage lasted from 1992 to 1996 -- four years Ms. Berry probably wants to forget.

great piece. I love NBA ballers' wives, girlfriends, who keep themselves looking fabulous. What I dont agree with are those who's career it is to be only that. Dont wrap urself so much into ur man that this is all u have to offer him. This leaves him in a position to know that ur whole dependency is on him. He can then choose how he treats u. U are accustomed to this lifestyle of luxury and so he knows that u are not going anywhere. Have a life of ur own. A career of ur own. Purpose of ur own. Give him a reason to look at u as a woman who has a life with or without him. U would be surprised as to how big a difference it will make. U can be there for him, love him and encourage him, but dont be his shadow. Don't smother him. Don't forget ur dreams and talents. http://www.meekslounge.blogspot.com

The best Baller Wife that I like is TAJ from the soulful group "SWV". She married the finest man alive, the one and only "Eddie George". I think she is beautiful, she keeps it real, and she is intelligent black woman! I love the re-runs of "I married myself a baller". On TV ONE (my number #1 BLACK NETWORK station), they feature 2 episodes, and is on for a full hour every Saturdays. The program is funny as heck. Their children are too cute! I wish their marriage and family lots of love and happiness!!!!
But getting back to the pics above and the other baller & Beauties, I thought Carmello was going to put that RING on last year after the baby was born? What happened to that? What is he waiting for? What is true, some of these beauties or good looking men marry or go with the person for $$$$ not for love. Am I wrong? But, you have the couples that are in it for the love, the longevity, and their relationship is GENUINE!

We all know, given the chance, a doctor will always talk you into suicide. That's where the money is. Why not forbid doctors from talking to http://www.louisvuitton2.com/ patients at all, just to be safe? Call it the Palin-Grassley Freedom from Information Act.
