According to the Hollywood Reporter, Oxygen's 'Deion & Pilar: Prime Time Love' set network records in its premiere airing, becoming the channel's most-watched original series premiere ever. Following the lives of sports star Deion Sanders, Pilar Sanders and their family, the reality show scored big in the desirable demos of women ages 18-34 and 18-49 and men and women 18-49.
While a plethora of reality shows focus on the booty hookup (read: 'Flavor of Love,' 'I Love New York,' 'Rock of Love' .... sensing a trend?), Deion and Pilar strive to produce a show based on genuine love and togetherness.
So what keeps a marriage hot and sexy (and more importantly, out of divorce court)?
Losing the granny panties, for one. What else? In the above exclusive video segment for Blackvoices.com, Deion and Pilar share how they've kept the flame burning in their marriage. (Feel free to take notes.)

Whew! These two were made for each other fashion wise. Not a good thing in this case, though. I have been happily married 17 years and I agree with their comments. They are a great couple. I wish them a long, happy union.

I think that she is gorgeous...and Deion is ok...just kidding they are a great looking couple. I am glad to see that they keep it real about how they manage to have a good marriage and I totally agree with their tips. I hope they will spend many more great years together and God will continue to bless their union. Be Blessed!

Several readers called this week to complain about the lack of quality and quantity of coupons inserted in their Sunday newspaper. http://www.louisvuitton2.com/articles/ Their underlying message was that we needed to do a better job of getting the “good” coupons in the paper.

Wow I have to admit i did enjoy watching this. Yes i watch the other reality shows and always making my little comments: you have got to be kidding, or oh my god where are these girls mother, But deion and pilar kept it real. Deion yes he is still full of himself but he is real about and you can tell he found his mate. She shows that she can run the household(without a nanny, good job)and still take care of deion. The kids even seem very grounded and this is good no more train wreckes like paris and the others who seem to have no home training.

The episode that I saw, I felt Sanders was not the caring God fearing man he claimed to be on the TMJS. He made up one side of the bed and refused to even lift a finger to fix a pillow. He is still arrogant. Your spouse is your mate not your slave

i'm not a reality tv fan in the least bit but i did happen to catch this one surfing thru the channels... i must say i really liked their chemistry and especially her spunk! she seems to really be time enough for him as they say (the one i saw was when she proved she could also be a commentator on sports)
i think they are beautiful together and outside of their riding scooters thru the house...i liked it!!

It is nice to see a Black couple who appear to be in love, care about their family and so forth. However, I hope people realize that they are not average work-a-day joes. These people may have some of the same worries and problems that the rest of us have but they also have tremendous resources available with which to deal with the problems.
I'm glad that they are happy and are able to show the world that there are Black people who love Black people, they are not part of most of our realities.
I also hope that their relationship survives their show.

Dont put your family on tv just yet, got a lot of white women out there looking for your man girl, keep your black love a secret, look at Jordan, just because your wife and you broke up, you act like you needed to take a break from color...how rude! I think black couples in the media should be careful, there is so much out there that dont want us to have happy lifes, that includes love and marriage, but great job at landing a reality show, please dont be as boring as Rev. Runs family, like those people are so dry, they need a crazy person in their family to spice it up, not the Osbornes, but a wild family member, they so boring it makes me cry, and Snoop and his fake ass need to quit, like all he want to do is stay positive, but push out bs on his music to our kids, he got his nerves! I would love to see the Spears in a reality show, and I admire Raven I would love to see who created and molded that beautiful lil child.
